NCWAA Executive Secretary/Director
The Executive Secretary/Director is a contracted position that is responsible for keeping all records of meetings, to account for all receipts and disbursements, and assume other duties as designated by the NCWAA Executive Board. Beginning with fall of 2006 the title was changed from Secretary to Director.

WIAA Representative Assembly Delegates
These are elected positions, at the annual general meeting, with a renewable 2-year term. There are both high school and middle level delegates. The responsibilities of these positions are to represent the NCWAA at the WIAA Winter Coalition and the WIAA Spring Representative Assembly. At the Representative Assembly the delegates carry the vote of the NCWAA on amendments to the WIAA Handbook.
