WIAA Meritorious Service AwardThe WIAA Meritorious Service award is a special citation that is given to Executive Board or Representative Assembly members or other individuals for their dedication and exceptional service to WIAA, and who meet an established criteria. The WIAA Executive Board votes on the applications. Walt Thorp Odessa WIAA Gareth Giles AwardAnnually the Representative Assembly will select from nominations those persons who, by service to the ideals and purposes of the WIAA Representative Assembly, exemplifying the leadership and dedication given all students and member schools by Gareth Giles. There is criteria set for nominations to be considered. 1988 Bob Eller Wenatchee NCWAA Athletic Director of the YearThe Athletic Director of the Year is elected from the athletic directors from the NCWAA member schools who are nominated by their respective leagues.
