CONSTITUTION/RULES & REGULATIONS Many of the NCWAA forms that have typically been mailed to schools are now available online to download with the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Adobe PDF - A file format that only requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader software to be installed in order to view. Acrobat Reader is free from Adobe, and can be obtained by clicking the graphic below. Once the file is downloaded from Adobe, you will need to open the file "ar40" (or similar) to install the reader on your hard drive. Be sure to select that you are using the program to view web pages, when asked.
