WIAA State Championship Vendor Application
 
 
Please fill out the following Vendor Application.  All vendor arrangements must be made a minimum of three (3) weeks in advance of an event.  For questions, please email Andy Knapp at aknapp@wiaa.com.

Vendor Elements
BOOTH SPACE: Maximum of two (2) eight-foot (8') tables and two (2) chairs/table as requested, as available; maximum of four (4) passes/table, good for limited entry into the event via the participant pass gate (vendor passes do not provide access to the field/court/deck/medical area/locker room); opportunity to display one (1) banner, no larger than 3'x8', on the booth.
COACHES PACKET INSERT: Opportunity to include literature in the official Coaches Packets for the State Championship - quantities provied by WIAA; literature subject to WIAA approval; must be submitted a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to the tournament.

An invoice will be sent to you once your vendor application has been processed. Payment is due in full no less than two (2) weeks after the State Championship event. Make checks payable to the WIAA and mail along with the invoice to:

Vendor Booth Terms & Conditions
1. Company agrees not to sell product or take orders for merchandise or services at the State Championship venue - the booth is intended for informational and promotional purposes ONLY.
2. The location and depth of the booth will be determined by the WIAA in conjunction with the site management staff.
3. Power for the booth may be available if requested in advance. Depending on the venue, additional fees may be involved.
4. The WIAA may close the booth at any time during the State Championship event if any conditions of this agreement are violated.
