Start a sport nutrition habit in 2015!
Pick one action goal (eating breakfast daily, adding fruit to lunch, drinking chocolate milk after practice) and stick with it for 30 days.
Keep it simple by planning ahead (prep easy to make breakfast items, put boxes of choc milk in your bag) and reward baby steps along the way (like when you get 10 days in a row).
Improving sport performance can be as easy as creating just one sports based nutrition habit for 2015!
