Middle Level Fee Reference Notes
(1) BASEBALL and SOFTBALL - Extended contests - Extra
innings may be played following the regular contest.
Note: The $5.00 fee for one umpire that is
allowable for high school does not apply to middle level baseball.
(2) BASKETBALL - The fee applies to either 6 or 8 minute
quarters. Extended contests - A
fifth quarter may be played by 7th, 8th or 9th graders following the regular
contest only if 6 minute quarters are played. A fifth quarter is not
available for squads playing 8 minute quarters. The fee for the fifth
quarter is 25% of the game fee.
(3) FOOTBALL - Add $2.00 to the finalized fee for the
referee. Extended contests - A
5th quarter may be played following the regular contest.
(4) GYMNASTICS - Fee is for two (2) events with five (5)
competitors per event. When over (5)
competitors per event, per school, add an additional $.50 per competitor.
(5) SOCCER - Linesman fee is 70% of the finalized fee for the referee.

SPIRIT (Cheer and Dance/Drill) - Fee is for 1-10 teams participating; the fee
for 11-13 teams is $37.50, for 14-17 teams is $47.50, for more than 18 teams is
$57.50.
(7) VOLLEYBALL - These will be an additional $3.00 fee for
leagues playing 3 of 3 games. Extended
contests - Extra games may be played following the regular contest.
(8) WRESTLING - Extended contests - Extra matches may
be held.
9th grade tournament - $2.00/match
7th/8th grade tournament -
$1.75/match
