CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THE 2003-2004 WINTER WIAA STATE ACADEMIC CHAMPIONS
During the year, WIAA sponsors an awards program that recognizes the academic
achievement of high school athletic teams and activity programs. Academic
state championship teams are determined in each activity and in each
classification, according to the deadline dates, which correspond with the WIAA
