As we continue in the Classification process for the 2014-16 WIAA Classification cycle, we need information from WIAA Member Schools.

The link below is a form to submit the declare your "Classification Commitment" form.

Schools are asked to submit this form as soon as a decision is made regarding their desire to Opt-Up or Compete in the Classification designated by their enrollment.

This form (FORM #2) must be submitted no later than January 7, 2014.

Schools may change their "Classification Commitment" anytime up to January 7, 2014.  NO CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER JANUARY 7, 2014.
