2010 Fall Workshops for Athletic Directors and Principals
The dates and locations for the 2010 Fall Workshops for Athletic Directors and Principals have been released. Please note that all WIAA member high schools are required to send their principal/designee and/or athletic director to these information sessions. Mail registration for the workshops is available now. Online registration will be available soon. The cost for the workshop is free and has been included in the annual high school membership fees. It includes lunch and three (3) coaches education clock hours. |

WIAA Coaches School Online Registration Open Register Before July 20 and Save $20!
Help yourself to become a better coach by attending the annual WIAA Coaches School at the Yakima Convention Center on Friday, July 30 - Saturday, July 31, 2010.
The annual conference for Washington coaches is presented by the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association and provides an opportunity to learn beyond the X’s and O’s.
In an effort to continue to better serve coaches and administrators statewide, the 2010 WIAA Coaches School will again feature a weekend format. The WIAA Coaches School provides an excellent opportunity for coaches, advisors and administrators for all activities and athletics to interact, learn and share experiences that contribute to the professionalism of interscholastic coaching.
Enjoy a power-packed conference that will inspire, motivate, and prepare you for the upcoming school year!

2010-11 Online Rules Clinics: Projected Launch Dates
High School head coaches are required to complete the online rules clinic in their sport by the end of the first three weeks of the season. All other coaches are encouraged to complete the online rules clinic. Coaches receive two coaches' education hours for completing each online rules clinic. High School Football Player Development Program Presented by The National Guard and the NFL
The High School Player Development Program presented by The National Guard and the NFL provides incoming high school sophomores through seniors a five-day camp that focuses on character development and specific football skill training by position. Through the program, each participant will gain full awareness of what is necessary to become a successful collegiate student-athlete.
