• PLAN TO QUALIFY
  Submit photos and rosters as soon as you can.  We design all programs in-house and many weekends we are producing multiple programs for the following weekend.  If your team information is not submitted prior to the deadline date, it is nearly impossible for our staff to track down the information and have it submitted on a Sunday.
  
• RESULTS FORMS
  In addition to rosters and photos, please make sure you are filling out the "Team Record" form for all team sports that may qualify for the state championships. Follow the link from the "Submit Roster" page on your my.wiaa.com account and remember to fill out the form AFTER your final regular-season contest.
  
• PASS GATE INFORMATION
  Make sure that you complete the school information page for each tournament so that the pass gate information is correct and eliminate awkward situations at the pass gate for both the tournament personnel and your school representatives.
