Calling all high schools! We have a great opportunity for students to get involved in a community project and raise money for your school.

A total of SIX high schools (Oregon/SW Washington) that collect the most new, unwrapped toys will win $1,500 from Les Schwab Tire Centers. High schools within FOX 12's viewing area will compete against other high schools of similar size. Winnings may be utilized at the high school's discretion (student scholarships, sports or arts programs, etc).

Here's how it works:

• After you fill out the form to the right, you will be directed to a link to download the official submission form.
  Encourage students to collect new, unwrapped toys October 1st-31st.
• During this time, toys must be collected/stored at your high school. If needed, you can pick up collection bags from FOX 12 or your local participating Les Schwab Tire Centers.
• Between November 1st - 5th, a school official must count and then record the number of toys collected on the official submission form.
• Schools are responsible for delivering the new toys to FOX 12 or your nearest participating Les Schwab Tire Center location by November 5th. A representative with FOX 12 or a participating Les Schwab Tire Center will sign the official submssion form to verify the donation.

PLEASE NOTE: If you make your donation drop at a participating Les Schwab Tire Center, you will still need to make sure your official submission form is faxed to 503.548.6930 OR emailed to: toydrive@kptv.com. All official submission forms must be received by NOVEMBER 6th. The winning schools will be highlighted on FOX 12.

FOX 12, Les Schwab Tire Centers and Pacific Office Automation hope to help children and families with donations of new, unwrapped toys that will be distributed through a network of local non-profit agencies this holiday season.
