    Dear Athletic Directors;

    We have learned that many of you did not receive the e-mail about the RTO program that was sent on Sept. 12, 2014. The e-mail can be found below.  The WIAA apologizes for any inconvenience.

    Original E-mail 

    An evaluation form has been added to Arbiter for all regular-season contests. The form is based on the categories being observed by the RTO Observers. Although evaluations can be done on each official, the RTO form will be crew based and each contact will only submit one evaluation per game.  Please click on the link below to watch the instructional video.
