MEDIA CREDENTIAL APPLICATION
To obtain credentials to WIAA State Championships, media outlets must apply annually to become an approved outlet using the form below. Upon completion, the WIAA Office will be notified of the submission. Before submitting a media credential application, please review the qualifications and credentialing process in the WIAA Multimedia Policies.

NOTE: The list of approved media outlets was reset at the end of the previous school year. If your outlet had been previously approved, the outlet will need to reapply.
SEASONAL CREDENTIALING WINDOWS
The WIAA will continue to only accept media outlet credential applications during specified seasonal credentialing windows. The WIAA will not approve credential applications outside of the seasonal windows.
- FALL: September 11, 2026 – October 15, 2026
- WINTER: December 16, 2026 – January 15, 2027
- SPRING: April 1, 2027 – April 30, 2027
