MEDIA CREDENTIAL APPLICATION
To obtain credentials to WIAA State Championships, media outlets must apply annually to become an approved outlet using the form below. Upon completion, the WIAA Office will be notified of the submission, and you will be contacted with an application result thereafter. Before submitting a media credential application, please review the qualifications and credentialing process in the WIAA Multimedia Policies.

NOTE: The list of previously approved outlets was reset prior to the 2025-26 school year. If your outlet had been previously approved, the outlet will need to reapply as the Association transitions to an annual credentialing model.
SEASONAL CREDENTIALING WINDOWS
With the revamped WIAA Multimedia Policies, the Association will credential outlets during seasonal windows. The WIAA will not approve credential applications outside of the seasonal windows.
- FALL: September 8, 2025 – October 15, 2025
- WINTER: December 16, 2025 – January 15, 2026
- SPRING: April 1, 2026 – April 30, 2026
