MEDIA REGISTRATION
Media Registration deadlines for the upcoming WIAA State Tournaments are listed below. Each event’s Media Registration will close at 11:59 P.M. PST on the Sunday of the week before each event in order to ensure media members are on the correct list for each event in time. Media Registration will not re-open following the deadlines.

WHY ISN’T MY OUTLET IN THE MEDIA REGISTRATION DROPDOWN MENU?
Only pre-approved outlets will appear in the media registration dropdown menu.Â
MY OUTLET USED TO BE IN THE DROPDOWN, BUT IT ISN’T ANYMORE. WHY?
If your outlet was previously approved and is not appearing in the dropdown, it’s because the list of previously approved outlets is reset annually. Outlets must re-apply to become an approved outlet, and upon approval, the outlet will appear in the media registration dropdown.

State Slowpitch Softball – Deadline: Sunday, October 18
State Cross Country – Deadline: Sunday, November 1
State 1B, 2B Volleyball – Deadline: Sunday, November 8
State 1A, 2A Volleyball – Deadline: Sunday, November 8
State Girls Swim & Dive – Deadline: Sunday, November 8
State Fall Soccer (Semifinals & Championships) – Deadline: Sunday, November 15
State 3A, 4A Volleyball – Deadline: Sunday, November 15
State Football Semifinals – Deadline: Sunday, November 22
